Shipping and Delivery Policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 7–20 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 13 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
So Please allow between 11-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
